On a lovely evening for a stroll, the Beavers went on a walk to hunt for bugs, whilst also practicing how to use an OS map to find their way.
Lots of interesting creatures were spotted, and no-one got lost on the way. A great evening 😊
Welcome to Buxted Scouts
The group has been running without break since 1909 and is still going strong. Beavers meet on Thursday evenings (5-6.15pm). Cubs meet on Wednesday and Thursday ( 5.30-7pm / 6.30-8pm). Scouts on Tuesday and Wednesday (7-9pm) and Explorers on Fridays. We meet every week during school term times. Anyone aged between 6 and 18 can join us as scouts and anyone over 18 can join as a leader or adult helper.
As well as our weekly meetings we run regular camps and take part in a wide range of district activities with other scouts across East Sussex.
