Welcome to Buxted Scouts
The group has been running without break since 1909 and is still going strong. Beavers meet on Thursday evenings (5-6.15pm). Cubs meet on Wednesday and Thursday ( 5.30-7pm / 6.30-8pm). Scouts on Tuesday and Wednesday (7-9pm) and Explorers on Fridays. We meet every week during school term times. Anyone aged between 6 and 18 can join us as scouts and anyone over 18 can join as a leader or adult helper.
As well as our weekly meetings we run regular camps and take part in a wide range of district activities with other scouts across East Sussex.

Overland training starts with a 9 mile stroll across the Severn sisters.
We started the overland training today with the walk over the seven sisters and through the forest at Cuckmere haven. Weather was lovely for January with some amazing views out to sea.
